Oct 08, 2019  I use Scansnap sort of - I have a Fujitsu Scansnap ix500, and all scans go directly to Evernote. Apparently with Catalina, this scanner will no longer work. I update my MacBook Pro to Catalina, but I am waiting on 2 Mac's (and 2 Scansnap ix500 or whatever they are called) until some solution can be found.

It is recommended that you keep your program updated to enhance security, operability and functions of ScanSnap Home.
