Hello. I searched the forums and found no answers.
Xcode is a great addition for those who are looking for a reliable tool for creating applications for Mac OS as well as the iOS for iPhones and iPad. Xcode was first released in 2003, but since then, the application has definitely come a long way in providing efficient development platforms to developers. Xcode 8.2.1 download I could not get xcode 8.2.1 for EL CAPTAN at apple store. I cannot use the xcode version 9.2 because I have not been able to install the High Sierra; High Sierra keeps on freezing half way through installation.
Can I install xcode 8.3 without updating my Mac's OS i.e. 'OS X El Capitan' (Version 10.11.6) I was not able to find any reference on Apple's site, However, this link says I can't. Right now, I've Xcode 8.2.1 installed. 10.11.5 ( El Capitan ) 以上. 7.3 以上をインストールできなかったのです。その際、私がダウンロードしていたのは Xcode 8.2.1. Xcode Download and Install for your computer - either Windows PC 10, 8 or 7 and macOS 10 X, 32/64-bit processor, we have you covered. El Capitan; macOS 10.12.
I'm running Xcode 8.2.1 on OS X 10.11.6 on a MacBook Pro (Mid 2009), which are the latest supported software versions, as far as I am aware, for that hardware.
Xcode is an integrated development environment (IDE) that allows users to create and test iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch apps using OSX and iOS. Xcode supports a variety of programming languages such as Swift language, C, C, AppleScript, and etc. Xcode 11.3.1 comes with: Transporter App; Command Line Tools for Xcode 11.3; iOS Simulator SDKs. I am taking a course on programming with flutter, and it needs Xcode 9 or higher. My mac is currently running 10.11.6 and it can't update any more. I was wondering if there was any way to get Xcode.
I need to develop an app for an iPhone 5 running 10.3.3.
Best utility apps for mac el capitan. When I try to run a Hello World project on the iPhone, Xcode gives the following error message:
'This iPhone 5 (Model A1428) is running iOS 10.3.3 (14G60), which may not be supported by this version of Xcode.'
What do I need to do to develop an app with the following set up?

Does Apple really expect me to spend hundreds of dollars, which I cannot spare, to buy newer hardware to run Xcode?
If so, how does this make any sense other than greed and planned obsolescence?
Latest Version: 11.2.1
